- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my 15 year old son in last Sunday to get stitches for a very nasty wound to his leg. We ended up at the Reddy Urgent Care because Clear view was too busy to see him in a timely fashion and his wound was too bad to just sit and wait.I called ahead to Urgent Care to make sure we had all we needed to be seen, which we did. The lady on the phone encouraged us to hurry over. We got there and he was in a room being seen in less than two minutes. All the women there were so polite and personable. I was a little freaked out by how bad my son's leg was but the ladies helped me keep my mind at ease. They treated my son gently but very quickly. That was my first time there and I am very well pleased with our visit. I wish I could remember their names but they were an awesome crew!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff was very friendly and nice. Got me back quickly gave me a shot and the nurse was very good did not hurt me at all. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have taken a relative or friend to be seen here twice now. My 2 year old was sick and a little anxious about being at the doctors, but the MA was great with her. The provider was very thorough and made sure we got the prescriptions she needed. On the second occasion, my friend hurt his knee and was experiencing a lot of pain. I took him in the evening after work, and there was practically no wait time. The provider was very knowledgeable about knee injuries; even though she obviously couldnt perform an MRI there, she eased our minds by explaining he wouldnt be able to make certain movements if there was a tear. They gave him an injection to help with the pain and inflammation and he said it made all the difference. He was also able to get an order for an MRI to be done at another facility if he still had pain. No complaints here!December 31, 2016by CALLI JONES
